All products being returned must be shipped PREPAID to the designated return location. You should insure the shipment for replacement value. If the repair is under warranty, Streakwave will return the product to the customer, within the continental US, using ground service at no charge but does not assume risk of loss. Expedited shipping methods, insurance / valuation, international shipping costs, custom fees, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. For non-warranty returns the customer is responsible for all related shipping costs.
ALL products being returned for credit must be in the original box with all accessories and in NEW, UNUSED condition with the FACTORY SEAL INTACT. To ensure that the product remains in returnable condition, do not use the product box as the shipping box. You must repackage in another box with appropriate packing materials. To prevent cancellation the returned items must match the return authorization. Items being returned for a sales credit may be subject to a restocking fee. Items may be refused for refund subject to Streakwave’s return policies and terms of sale.
Your request for a Return Material Authorization will be reviewed and responded to as quickly as possible. We may require additional information in which case you will be contacted directly or through the customer portal. You must have an authorization to return before sending product back. If you are submitting notice of a shipment error please indicate the product in the customer portal that you should have received and indicate the quantity error or what you actually received in error in the comments. If you received all of your intended items plus additional items select the first item ordered and create a submission from that line indicating in the comments that you received extra items and describe them. Please note all pertinent details in the comment section.
If you are reporting damage in transit please specify the extent of damage and additional details in the comment section. Please note that Streakwave is generally not responsible for damage or loss in transit. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and attempt to make a recovery if possible. In the event of shipment damage please save all packaging materials and send pictures of the shipment box as well as any damaged product immediately to: RMA@streakwave.com
