The Receptionist Console enhances the eQall softphone capability with the extension watching and other receptionist capabilities. The Receptionist Console shows the status of the watched extensions (ringing, busy or on a call). Allows calling the watched extensions, leaving voice mails to the mailboxes for watched extensions, transfer calls to watched extensions, as well as intercept the calls to the watched extensions. Extensions for departments can also be grouped for easy identification.
