Streakwave Wireless, Inc. Service / Order Terms and Conditions

Qualified Customers
Anyone is eligible to place an order with Streakwave Wireless, Inc. Purchasers are classified as resellers, integrators, consultants, service providers, self service end users (consumers), government agencies, health providers and educational. We prefer to sell wholesale and would prefer individuals needing additional service call their local service provider or a reseller.

Payment Terms
New accounts will be shipped pre-paid only. We accept payment via wire transfer, PayPal, or some other form of pre-payment and credit card. For international customers payment in advance is required via wire transfer or if the order is under $1000.00 USD a copy of your government identification and front and back of your credit card are required. We gladly accept these major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All products are sold in US Dollars.

Minimum Order Amount
Streakwave Wireless, Inc. has NO MINIMUM quantity or dollar amount on orders for existing customers. However, we ask that you use good judgment. A low valued item or quantity may cost you as much to ship as the items are worth.

Pricing
Pricing may change without notice. Streakwave Wireless, Inc. pricing is level based and is reviewed monthly. All new accounts are created at the first tier pricing level. For information on our tiered pricing structure please contact your Account Manager or one of our sales people. Quotations generated online are valid for 30 days. You may recheck current pricing by re-pricing the quote online. We are not responsible for typographical errors made by us or listed on a product spec sheet created by the manufacturers we represent.

Inventory
Streakwave Wireless, Inc. does our best to maintain stock levels on most items in our product offering. If an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately and do our best to advise of an estimated ship date. If you desire to purchase an item we do not normally stock, or one you do not see on our website we will be happy to special order it for you. Special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Delivery Schedules
At the time of purchase we will always check current inventory levels and let you know when your order can ship. All parcel shippable orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (6:00 PM Eastern) usually ship the same day. Express air delivery shipments ordered before 4PM will usually ship the same day. Truck shippable items may take a minimum of 24 hours to process and schedule a pick up.

Backorder Items
As hard as we try, we will not always have everything in stock. If you have placed an order or are looking for a item that we do not have in stock be assured that we will fulfill your request as soon as possible. We will do our best to inform you of manufacture delays and production schedules. Often times we can special order your item immediately from our suppliers. 

Shipping Methods
Streakwave Wireless, Inc. ships all standard orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground unless otherwise directed. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are normally sent UPS Blue. If you would prefer a specific freight carrier please specify when ordering. Federal Express and DHL are not scheduled pick ups and may cause a delay in order processing. Streakwave Wireless, Inc. is happy to ship your order via 3rd party collect. We require your account number along with the billing zip code of your account. Streakwave Wireless, Inc. allows orders to be will called and shipped via a customers 3rd party freight carrier. Please notify us when ordering. ALL required paper work besides commercial invoices for international shipments is the responsibility of the party ordering product. We are not liable for lost product/shipments will called and/or shipped on 3rd party accounts.

Warranty / Returns
Streakwave Wireless, Inc. makes no warranties on any products it does not manufacture and passes through all warranties issued by the manufacturers of the products it represents. Any returns are subject to the individual manufacturers warranty return policy, which are reviewed prior to a return being authorized. Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please consult the manufacturer of the product purchased regarding their warranty policy prior to contacting Streakwave for a return. If you have trouble obtaining the warranty or return policy from the manufacture, please contact your Account Manager or one of our sales people for individual manufacture warranty procedures. BE SMART, some manufacturers require warranties / service contracts to be purchased with their products. Streakwave is not liable for purchases made of products where warranties are sold as a separate line item(s). Items purchased online by new customers or existing customers without consulting one of our sales people or an Account Manager are non returnable unless a shipping error is made on our part. You are purchasing at your own risk.

Existing customers may return products purchased from Streakwave Wireless, Inc. and receive in-house credit up to the amount invoiced for the products subject to the following; (a) the product fails, is DOA and returned to Streakwave within 15 days of the invoice date; (b) the product is new, unused and resalable; (c) the product is in the original packaging with all packing material, manuals and accessories; (d) the packaging is not altered (e) the product package is not used as the shipping container; (f) the product can not be special a ordered item, custom tuned, software or custom cable assembly (g) Streakwave Wireless, Inc. determines in its sole discretion that the customer is not in default of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement between the two parties. DOA (Dead on Arrival units must be received back prior to replacements being sent out. Any advanced replacements will be billed as a new sale. Credit will be applied upon return of the defective unit and the defect(s) are verified. Items not returned in compliance with the above conditions are subject to a MINIMUM 25% restocking fee. Customers pay shipping charges to return defective, DOA or failed products to Streakwave. Streakwave will pay shipping if an error in the original shipment was made on our part. After 15 days all products are warranted by the manufacturer and must be sent directly to them unless otherwise specified in writing. Streakwave will assist you to the extent allowed us by the manufacturer of the product. Please call for instructions regarding the specific item you need help with or if you have any questions regarding our return policies.

Damage Claims
If an item is damaged during shipping please notify the delivery driver immediately. Orders (both verbal and online) from Streakwave Wireless, Inc. are not insured unless expressly requested in writing. All items must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any failure to notify Streakwave Wireless, Inc. of a damaged product within 3 days of receipt forfeits your claim.  *IMPORTANT: Even if you suspect damage, write "possible concealed damage" on the freight bill. With this statement you will be able to file a claim should you later discover damage.

Technical Support
Streakwave Wireless, Inc provides first tier technical support on all products it offers provided the manufacturer has provided training. Please contact your Account Manager or one of our sales people who may assist you with your questions. BE SMART, some manufacturers require service contracts to be purchased with their products to receive technical support. We recommend you read the user manual on all products prior to calling Streakwave Wireless, Inc. for technical support.

Limitation of Liability
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Streakwave Wireless, Inc. ”THE COMPANY” MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCTS IT DOES NOT MANUFACTURE. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR COST OF OR BREACH OF WARRANTY. THE COMPANY WILL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFIT, USE OF DATA, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY WHETHER ANY CLAIM IS BASED UPON PRICIPLES OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY DUTY, PRINCIPLES OF INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE BASIS OF THE CLAIM.
