Luxul RMA process:

The following policy will be used by Luxul, its’ channel partners, OEM partners, resellers and customers in regards to all Luxul or private labeled products produced by Luxul.

Policy Details

  • Luxul may, at its discretion offer longer return periods for antennas, mounting hardware, and cables specifically. Other restrictions may apply.

  • Luxul will not accept scratched, dented, modified or damaged products as a return. Any items where the cover has been removed will not be returned or exchanged.

  • All return on electronics based products (POE, amplifiers, etc...) must be within 1 year (12 months) from the date of manufacture or 90 days from the date of the commercial invoice in the case of Distributor or OEM partners.

  • Antennas, cables, mounting hardware, and other non-electronics based components can be returned within 1 year (12 months) from the original date of purchase.

  • A credit or exchange may be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item. If there is any damage to the returned product, there will be no credit issued. It will be the responsibility of the customer, reseller or distributor to replace the damaged units.

  • No returns will be accepted without an RMA number, you can obtain a RMA number by calling (801)822-5450 or email support@luxulwireless.com

  • Standard lead time for RMA assessment is 2 weeks. Luxul reserves the right to take longer as needed.
