The WaveRider EUM8005 Indoor Modem is the latest addition to the WaveRider LMS8000 900 MHz Non-Line-of-Sight (NLOS) broadband wireless access system. Featuring new adaptive OFDM modulation
schemes, the EUM8005 offers much higher data rates and system capacity than its successful predecessor, the EUM3005.
The EUM8005 Indoor Modem significantly enhances key system capabilities. The convenient and cost-saving Power over Ethernet (PoE) is a new feature that takes advantage of low voltage power. The modem also includes auto CCU (base station) discovery, automatic remote configuration, VoIP support, and is DHCP enabled, offering users true ‘Plug and Play’ capabilities.
