Motorola Wireless Broadband Point-to-Multipoint PMP 100 series is the ideal technology for developing, enhancing and extending advanced broadband networks and services - and for making delivery of high-demand technologies like Internet access, voice over IP, video services, and security surveillance much quicker and much less expensive.

Motorola Wireless Broadband technology combines field-proven toughness with exceptional performance, security, ease-of-use and cost effectiveness. Modules are available with total throughputs up to 14 Mbps for data, video and voice applications. Available in frequencies from 900 MHz to 5 GHz, with an array of options and accessories, PMP 100 series systems can be designed to make your business case a success.

PTP 100 Series

This series of bridges make use of Motorola's proprietary Point-to-Multipoint Wireless Broadband platform modulation scheme to deliver broadband connectivity across distances of up to 35 miles (56 kilometers). The PTP 100 Series is available in a broad range of frequencies (2.4, 5.1, 5.2, 5.4 and 5.8 GHz) and are uniquely suited for delivering consistent throughput in Line-of-Sight (LoS) configurations.

PTP 200 Series

The PTP 200 Series bridges are designed to securely transport data, voice and video in both near-line-of-sight (nLOS) and line-of-sight (LOS) environments. Operating in the 5.4 and 4.9 GHz band at Ethernet data rates up to 21 Mbps, the PTP 54200 and PTP 49200 offer enterprises and public safety entities a reliable alternative to reach around obstacles that partially block a path’s radio line-of-sight (Fresnel zone) but leave the visual line-of-sight clear. With PTP 200’s Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) technology, customers gain resistance to interference and fading delivering exceptional performance in the presence of multi-path interference caused by buildings and other obstructions. The extremely low cost of ownership makes a PTP 200 solution affordable for even the most restricted budgets.

PTP 300 Series

The PTP 300 Series bridges provide affordable, reliable, high-performance connectivity, even in obstructed and high-interference environments. The systems are excellent choices for budget-conscious companies and government agencies that need to establish communications for building-to-building connectivity, high-speed Internet access, backhaul, Voice-over-IP, multimedia and video surveillance applications.

Available in Integrated and Connectorized models, PTP 300 Series bridges operate in the 5.4 and 5.8 GHz RF bands at date rates up to 25 Mbps.

PTP 400 Series

Motorola PTP 400 Series solutions achieve high-quality, reliable non-line-of-sight (NLoS) and long-range line-of-sight connectivity where other wireless solutions cannot. In fact, the Motorola PTP 400 Series of Point-to-Point 4.9, 5.4 and 5.8 GHz wireless Ethernet bridges offer throughputs of up to 43 Mbps and support ranges up to 124 miles or 200 km.

PMP 430 Series

The PMP 430 operates in the 5.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequency bands. The PMP 430 is equipped with OFDM tech­nology to deliver outstanding throughput, long range and line of sight (LOS) and near-line of sight (nLOS) performance for reliable and secure data, voice and video connectivity. The PMP 430 provides more than 40 Mbps of total aggregate throughput per Access Point (AP) sector to difficult-to-reach locations, including multipath urban or rural areas. The PMP 430 provides extended ranges of up to 40 miles (64 km) when the Subscriber Module (SM) is configured with a passive LENS or reflector. The PMP 430 also offers low one-way latency of less than 3.5 msec for sensitive voice and video services. SMs can be upgraded from 4 Mbps throughput to 40 Mbps via a software key system to meet customers' growing need for bandwidth.

PMP 500 Series

3.5GHz license holders can deploy proven reliable OFDM based wireless access networks that support data transfer, video surveillance and voice applications. The 500 Series is a fixed, outdoor high throughput solution that is easy to install and very cost effective.Now available in Europe, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East, 3.5 GHz license holders have a cost effective, reliable option for fixed, outdoor Wireless Broadband Access Networks.

These bridges, respectively, offer high performance connectivity and backhaul in challenging non-line-of-sight environments.
